Terms of delivery and payment
Delivery and dispatch
The expert opinions/research reports are delivered after completion; the documents are sent by e-mail as a PDF file, by post (paper form) or by personal delivery; shipping costs are borne by the client.
Completion / delivery deadlines for services
As a rule, the following completion dates are promised - subject to change - from order confirmation (special dates on request):
- Abstracts/summaries: 1 day
Standard analyses: 2 days
Situation analyses: 4 days
Industry and market analyses: 2 days
Country analyses: 2 days
If the documents are provided by the client, the duration may be shorter; if the data research is complex, it may be longer.
The completion dates for the other services depend on the order. Their realisation is coordinated with the client and a regular status/progress report is promised.

Ancillary costs are based on actual expenditure.
The above services are provided in German (documents and copies). English-language services are provided at a surcharge of 20%. Other European languages on request.
All prices are exclusive of ancillary costs and statutory VAT.
Payment methods generally on account; with destination only for accepted (existing) customers.
While expert opinions/research reports are usually invoiced after completion/with delivery, in the case of longer-term consulting services, one or more instalment payments are usually agreed with the client according to the progress of the order (stage of completion remuneration).
